Fusion Massage & Bodywork is proud to provide therapeutic massage services to eligible Veterans through the Veteran Affairs Community Care Network (VA CCN).

Important Scheduling Requirements:
• A valid referral from a VA provider is required before scheduling any appointment.
• Appointments cannot be booked without an active VA authorization on file.
• Services are limited to the treatment frequency, duration, and diagnosis approved by the VA.

Before Booking:
Please ensure your VA referral has been submitted and approved through the Community Care Network. Once authorization is received, our office will verify eligibility and contact you to confirm scheduling.

Unauthorized appointments may be canceled or billed privately.
